Coreplast SP2 – A

Coreplast SP2 is a high range water reducing admixture based on Sulphonated Napthalene Polymers supplied as a brown liquid instantly dispersible in water. It is specially made to reduce W/C ratio upto 25% without any loss in workability and to give high strength concrete.

Dosage is between 0.3% and 1.2% by weight of cement used to make the concrete. At extremely high temperature dosage can be further increased by 1.8% by weight of cement. The rate of addition is generally in the range of 0.25 litres to 0.75 litres per 50 Kg of cement.

The measured quantity should be added along with the gauging water. For best results add the product in the last phase after pre-wetting the mix with 80% of the total water required.
