Coremould MRA – A

Coremould MRA is a pale yellow liquid specially designed to offer clean and smooth release of formwork/shuttering plates thereby providing many advantages in the concrete work. It is manufactured from refined speciality oils and blended with additves to get improved surface texture to concrete. It forms a water resistant chemical barrier with the alkalis is the concrete, thus preventing the absorption of moisture into the shuttering plates/formwork.

It is chloride free, easy to apply, increases productivity in precast plants, and can also be used with white cement.

It can be applied either by brush, roller or spray. It is direct to use liquid and should be applied AS IT IS – WITHOUT ANY DILUTION. The coverage is generally between 30 sqm to 60 sqm per litre depending on the surface. It is used in cement applications such as Railway Sleepers, Tiles, Spun Pipes, Electric Poles, Slabs etc and Precast Prestressed Structural Elements
