Coreflor STD

Coreflor STD is a non-metallic monolithic surface hardening compound that is quality controlled, factory blended powder for ready to use on site. It contains selected special hard-wearing aggregates known for their abrasion and wear resistant properties. It is recommended that the floor be marked off into bays of known area. To meet the required spread rates sufficient, it bonds monolithically to provide a dense non porous surface which is hard-wearing and abrasion resistant. General problems which are associated with thin “granolithic” screeds, such as shrinkage, cracking etc., are mostly overcome. Being non-metallic, it provides a non-slip surface which will never rust and disintegrate.

It provides a good abrasion resistant surface to concrete floors by the dry shake on system which ensures a hard-wearing surface and a mono-lithic bond to the base concrete. It can be used on all types of industrial floors, loading and unloading areas, ramps trucking lanes, repairs workshops, machine shops, warehouse floors, car parks, podium and garage floors.
