Coreflor Patchrep

Coreflor Patchrep mortar has been specially designed to provide a very fast set repair in concrete floors and pavements and is particularly useful where traffic must be kept flowing. It will be of particular interest to industrial maintenance engineers, transport managers, airport authorities or in any place where pot holes in concrete cause a hazard to pedestrian and wheeled traffic. It is a pre blended dry powder to which water is added to produce a mortar than can be easily trowelled. It is a blend of organic cements, modifying additives to control the rate of set and strength gain, plus selected hard wearing aggregates.  It is free from Calcium Chloride.

It has been designed for the emergency patching of small areas of concrete or individual patches that do not require more than 12 litre yield per 25 Kg bag. The blend of cements eliminates shrinkage with the consequent reduction of stress at the bend line.
