Coreflor HD

Coreflor HD is a non-metallic heavy duty monolithic surface hardening compound which is a quality controlled, factory blended powder for ready to use on site. It contains selected special hard-wearing aggregates known for their abrasion and wear resistant properties. It is recommended that the floor be marked off into bays of known area. To meet the required spread rates sufficient it bonds monolithically to provide a provide a dense non porous surface which is hard-wearing and abrasion resistant. General problems which are associated with thin “granolite” screeds, such as shrinkage, cracking etc., are mostly overcome. Being non-metallic, it provides a non-slip surface which will never rust and disintegrate.

It provides a good abrasion resistant surface to concrete floors by the dry shake on system which ensures a hard-wearing surface and a monolithic bend to the base concrete. It is used for all types of industrial floors, loading and unloading areas, ramping trucking lanes, repairs workshops, machine shops, warehouse floors, car parks, podium and garage floors.
