Corefibre MCP – A

Corefibre MCP is a 100% virgin polyprolylene fibre specifically manufactured for cement concrete and plaster works. When mixed with concrete, it produces three dimensional secondary reinforcement. It not only reduces plastic shrinkage but also, reduces almost more than 95% of cracking as compared to non-reinforced standard concrete. It reduces porosity and permeability. When in contact with water of concrete and plaster, it develops physical and chemical bond with very good adhesion properties resulting in an enhanced cohesive mix. Due to its even dispersal, the concrete will have less broken edges and corners. Also, it checks rapid evaporation by intersecting cracks. Rebound losses are reduced by almost 50% when this product is used.

It is used mainly in tunnels, foundations, bridges, cement floors, roadways, firewalls, concete cellars, subways, swimming pools etc

For Ready mix concrete, dosage is 900 grams of Corefibre MCP per cubic meter of concrete
