Corecoat Roofguard System – A

Corecoat Roofguard System is a high performance UV stable water based elastomeric acrylic PU hybrid system for long term protection for various surfaces.  It comprises of (1) Corecoat Roofguard Primer (2) Corecoat Base Coat (3) Core Geo Textile (Fibre mesh) reinforcement (4) Corecoat Roofguard 2nd base coat, and (5) Corecoat Roofguard Top Coat.

The products are a complex blend of flexible urethane and acrylic polymers, which produces systems with outstnading waterproofing and weatherproofing properties. They have excellent impact and chemical resistances coupled with high degree of flexibility and are micro-porous allowing the substrate to breathe. The system protects old and new concrete and masonry structures from water, Carbon dioxide, Sulphur dioxide, oxides of nitrogen, chlorides and sulphates.

It is used for exterior waterproof coatings for roofs, masonry renovations, concrete surface waterproofing both horizontal and vertical. It is also used as a final protective coating for building facade refurbishment. It is specially lsuited for buildings along the coastal areas

Coverage is as follows:

Roofguard System Primer – 1 Kg covers 8 square meters to 10 square meters.

Roofguard System Base Coat – 1 Kg (per coat) covers approximately 2 sqm to 2.25 sqm
