Corecoat PUW

Corecoat PUW is a single component, water based, low odour, aliphatic polyurethane floor/wall coating. It can be used in both exterior and interior surfaces. It acts as a tough abrasion resistant coating that withstands wear and chemical attack in a variety of applications. It exhibits enhanced resistance to UW without cracking, peeling or turning yellow. It is further cross linked and has good resistance to alkalis and mild acids and solvents. It should be used in many areas where the floors.walls are subjected to dampness either during or after application. It has an extremely low water vapour absorption unlike acrylics and it does not turn soft even under prolonged immersion in water and at the same time has excellent breath ability due toreverse osmosis allowing water trapped in the substrate to evaporate. It is single pack, very economical, having excellent water resistance, weathering resistance, extra ordinary adhesiveness, fast drying and very good breathing properties. It comes in a limited number of colours and provides a semi gloss finish.

Typical applications ae damp concrete substrate, food processing plants/dairies, pharmaceutical plants, warehouse floors, chemical plants, reservoirs/water tanks, swimming pools etc.

Coverage is approximately 3 square meters to 3.5 square meters per kg per coat
