Corecoat Flexbit

Corecoat Flexbit is a rubberized elastomeric waterproof coating. It is specially designed from a blend of special resin and rubber, reinforced with special water repelling fillets, minerals stabilizers and gelling agents.

It is an ideal waterproofing system for concrete roofs, polyurethane foam slabs, polyester build up roofs, maintenance of existing roofs, masonry and concrete walls, bathrooms, basements, bridge decks, metal surfaces etc. It is used as a sandwich membrane in new construction and as surface treatment on existing slabs.

In a two coat application of Corecoat Flexbit thickness of approximately 200 to 300 microns will be achieved on the following surfaces

Metals : 40 to 50 sq.feet/kg – Asbestos : 30 to 50 sq.feet/kg – Concrete : 30 to 40 sq.feet/kg
